When you heal, your ancestors smile — and your healing becomes the foundation for generations to come.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me yet?
Healing is your birthright.
You are not your pain, your diagnosis or your past. You are a reflection of those who survived before you, a vessel of resilience and possibility. When you walk through our doors, you are entering sacred space, a space of remembrance, restoration and renewal.
We want people to associate Embracive Wellness with radical love, cultural healing, and liberation; a place where you are invited to embrace who you are, grow through what you’ve lived and heal into your wholeness.
Because when one of us heals, we all heal.

Inside Embracive Wellness
Where does the name of the practice come from?
The name Embracive Wellness was chosen to reflect a philosophy of healing that begins with acceptance, connection, and self-compassion. To embrace means to open one’s arms to the fullness of life…its challenges, changes, and possibilities and to allow healing to unfold from a place of courage and grace.
What is different about Embracive Wellness?
“We see you. We honor you. We walk with you.”
Our promise to our clients is to hold sacred space for your healing journey; a space where you are seen, heard and valued in your fullness. We understand that every story carries history, and every person carries the strength of those who came before them.
Understanding that healing is both personal and collective, we promise to meet you exactly where you are…walking beside you as you move toward balance, liberation and inner peace.
We Promise To:
- Honor Your Story: We listen deeply and without judgment, recognizing that your experiences, both pain and joy are sacred.
